Installation Process
When the quotation is accepted and deposited is paid, we start sourcing all the needed equipment that we don’t already have and out suppliers also custom-built out cases if needed. Sometimes, because we specialise on IP systems and have predefined layouts some of the stock needs to order from overseas as our local suppliers do not carry these specialise cameras always.
Thereafter we start putting everything together at our offices and making sure everything is correctly installed we double-check the system for the testing phase.
In the testing phase, we start up the point with the cameras being installed at that point and configure the system to test and see if everything is working correctly for at least a day, but if possible depending on client we would like to run it for a week. This is mainly to make sure that when installation comes we do not have any problems on-site.
When the day of installation come we only need to install the system and set up the cameras as needed. No building on-site just testing again to make sure that everything is connecting to the system.
